Service Advantage Partner Advanced award
CD-DataHouse Limited (UK) joins a select and very small number CommVault Partners, across the globe, accredited to architect, design, implement, support and health check complex CommVault systems.

CommVault's EMEA Vice President of Services, Mr. Mark Jow - (2nd from Left) presents the Service Advantage award to CD-DataHouse staff.
In 2015, CD-DataHouse Limited (CDDH) became only the second CommVault Partner in EMEA to pass the Service Advantage Partner Certification, achieving 'Foundation' status.
In May 2017, we achieved the Advanced level of Accreditation in the CommVault Service Advantage program.
Our Advanced status recognises CommVault Certified Specialities in:
- Content Indexing, Search and Data Management
- Datacentre backup & Health-check assessments
- Private Cloud Design and Implementation
- Disaster Recovery
- along with a further eight specialty qualifications and certifications
To achieve CommVault Service Advantage status, a partner:
- must employ (and not subcontract) their own CommVault engineers
- have CommVault's Support team audit real-world customer deployments for best practice and quality
- and be examined, over a period of 12-18 months, across 10-15 differing individual certifications/examinations
What is Service Advantage (as outlined by CommVault)?
"Commvault Service Advantage offers Partner Specializations that have been designed to enable and recognize Partner competency and commitment for services and solutions built on Commvault products.
Service Advantage is offered in two Specializations:
1) The Deployment and Operations Specialization: enables Partners to expand opportunities by delivering architecture and deployment services around Commvault products.
2) The Consulting Specialization: rewards Partners for building consulting practices to increase trust and influence, leveraging Commvault tools and methodologies"
